We screen our candidates so that they are right for you.
Our candidates upon first conversation are pre-screened over the telephone before being invited into the office for a face to face interview. All of our candidates are screened rigorously during this meeting ensuring a full understanding of their motivation, skills and aspirations is taken.
We will obtain reference details for the last 3 years ensuring all dates of employment are accurate and that there have been no problems throughout current and previous employment.
Having identified suitable candidates we will then progress to match accordingly to skills and experience our clients are looking for. We will then speak to each individual accessing their suitability, availability and expectations.
Upon a candidate request for an interview we will hold a formal pre-interview whereby we provide the candidate with a full job description, details about the format of the interview, literature needed and information about the company whilst identifying and confirming their suitability and motivations.
Understanding both our clients and candidates is very important at Negotium. Combining both our candidate knowledge with our client understandings we are able to match accurately to your vacancies and confirming the right person for the right job.
Negotium has a range of assessments in place to assess our candidate's skills and ability. We can however, tailor our service to your needs offering facilities whereby we can assess our candidates accordingly.
On some occasions our clients need our candidates to be security cleared. We have the facilities to ensure these security checks are taken and our current procedures identify those who are security cleared right from the start.
